Shenbei getting new airport
The city of Shenyang, capital of Liaoning province will have a new airport by the end of next year, the local government reports, at a cost of more than 300 million yuan ($48.73million).The new airport is located in the Shenbei district and will mainly serve the Shenbei Aviation Industrial Park, along with other services, for example, forestry work, emergency medical transfers, agriculture, and the aviation industry.
It s expected to help the aviation business of Shenyang particularly, and Liaoning generally, in bringing more aviation or aviation parts manufacturers to the industrial park.
shenyang already has five airports -- Taoxian for commercial aviation, three military airports, and the Faku county airport.
