<P> 10月1日，我市筹建的十大城市雕塑之一《秧歌神韵》，在辽宁大厦南侧广场落成。雕塑《秧歌神韵》长35米、高五米，采用剪纸艺术的方式展示了人物的形体美，在抽象的造型中，可以看到分为三组的六个人物在欢快地扭着秧歌。整座雕塑具有鲜明的地方特色，同时又极富现代感和美感。</P>

<P>12月9日，一身戎装的张学良将军塑像，在张氏帅府博物馆前广场上矗立。张学良将军塑像那栩栩如生的神情、挺拔的身躯，仿佛张学良将军又重返故里，与沈阳父老乡亲团聚。 </P>
<P>　　雕塑《张学良》为4米高铸铜雕像；3.2米高的水泥混凝土磨光花岗石贴面。基座正面，镌刻着张学良将军生卒年月；背面镌刻“千古功臣”四字。</P>

<P>　　青铜制成的皇太极雕像今日在北陵落成，雕像高约7米，他头戴红缨战盔，身披盘龙铠甲，右手轻拂随风飞舞的战袍，左手按着佩剑的剑柄，双目望向远方，炯炯有神、栩栩如生。
