AMB to start building logistics center in Shenyang
<p><strong>AMB to start building logistics center in Shenyang</strong></p><p><font size="2">AMB Property Corporation has signed a contract with Shenbei New District of Shenyang, capital of Northeast China's Liaoning Province, to invest 68 million US dollars in establishing a logistics center in the District. </font></p><p></p><p>The center will cover an area of 23.2 hectares and house basic logistics facilities for storage and distribution. </p><p>Construction of the project will start in 2008 and is expected to finish in three years. </p><p>Upon completion, the center will raise the logistics efficiency of the District, help its enterprises accelerate the internationalization of logistics supplying chain, and promote the development of Shenyang's business and trading logistics industry. </p><p>AMB is a leading logistics and real estate development company in the world with a business network stretching to North America, Europe and Asia. </p>
