Huanggu is the favorite for house purchasers
<p> Shenyang Investigtion team under the National Statistics Bureau announced the survey result about house purchasers' tendency for the first time.</p><p> According to the survey,house price is the primary element for purchasers to buy a house .about 13.6 percent of the respondents expressed their plan to buy a house in three years. in which,76 percent of them placed house price as the first element if they buy a house,while residential envirnment and convenient condition were put into the second and the third.</p> On the house location, the five districts within the urban field are the main area which purchasers to choose. In which,Huanggu District is the most favorite,24 percent of house purchasers like huanggu,followed by Tiexi 15.2%,Heping 13.6%,Dadong 10%,and Hunnan7%
