Zeng yinquan, Chief Executive of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Will
<p>The Hong Kong delegation will come to visit the cities of Northeast of China this July. At the end of July, the delegation will arrive in Liaoning Province. This delegation is made up of 150 members, and they are Hong Kong officers, public figures of industry and business together with the journalists. The person who in charge of the delegation is Zeng yinquan---the chief executive of Hong Kong special administration region. And it is the first time for Mr. Zeng to come to visit Liaoning Province. </p><p>The major cities that the delegation will pay a visit to are the five ones: Harbin, Changchun, Shenyang, Anshan and Dalian. According to the introduction of some related official departments that the visit of the delegation will bring more opportunities to the investment of Hong Kong enterprises to Liaoning Province and will do great help to the economic development of Liaoning Province. </p>
