Shenyang to introduce charge of heat metering
To pay heating supply fees accord<br/> ing to how much heat people <br/> used. The long expected charging method on heat metering was introduced yesterday. However, the so-called double-way charging method is only adapted to non-residential clients.<br/> According to the new method, two charges, basic charge and charge on heat metering, are concluded. The basic charge is set at 16yuan/sq.m （extra fees for super-high buildings） and will be collected according to covered area. The charge of heat metering is 0.1713yuan/kw-hr. The qualified non-residential clients can pay the charge based on covered area metering in advance. With the end of heating supply period, heating supply company will calculate the final charge according to heating metering and will return the spare charge to client.
