Royal Temple Fair opens in SY
The sixth annual Royal Temple fair in Liaoning Province's capital city of Shenyang opened Saturday. <p> People can find traditional folk art, sugar coated figurines and paintings for the Chinese lunar new year. </p><p> Temple fairs can be found throughout China in the weeks leading up to the Spring festival... some date back to the Liao Dynasty more than 1000 years ago. </p><p> The 2009 Shenyang Temple fair will last until Feb. 1. </p>
