今天（3月1日）上午正式挂牌。

　在1日上午的揭牌仪式上，沈阳市市长李英杰说，盛京银行的成立，是沈阳市商业银行改造重组的重大成果。它对于将沈阳构建成东北金融中心，促进辽沈地区的发展，必将产生深远的影响。<p>　　辽宁省省长张文岳说，盛京银行突破原有的城市商业银行经营地域限制，获准在天津市筹建第一家分行，填补了辽宁金融业的一项空白，对辽宁的全面振兴乃至东北振兴具有积极意义。</p>
