<>The land-use right of around 100thsouand square meters land in Xita has been successfully transferred yesterday at the price of 8500 Yuan per square meters. The project is expected to be completed before 2008 Bejing Olympic games.</P>
<>According to the report, 2700 families will move out of Xita staring October. The new "Xita Town" will be made up of a commercial street, a five-star hotel, big shopping malls, resident apartments with functions of catering, entertainment, shopping and tourism. The local government strives to make the town a night life center which is also expected to be larger than "k-town" in Los Angeles, USA.</P></B>
