Shenyang to host Property Expo summer session

The 2015 Shenyang Property Expo summer session will be held in Shenyang Olympic Sports Center (South Square) from July 29 to 31.

Visitors who buy commodity housing at the exhibition will be eligible for house-purchase subsidies. In addition, properties with over 1.0 volume ratio, less than 144 square meters and two million yuan for a single set are considered as general commercial housing.

Residents and families who have paid off the mortgage for their first houses can apply for loans for second houses.

During the exhibition, convenient services will be provided for employees of enterprises and institutions.

At present, more than 110 real estate development companies, and more than 140 exhibitors are registered to attend the Expo.
