<p>我也去过了，味道属实一般，滑牛不够嫩，墨鱼滑又有点硬，而且味同嚼塑料，一点也不香，服务素质也不太一致，有些看起来还挺热情，有些则还有些流于表面，为什么我会这么说呢，因为当上错菜的时候，服务员第一个想到的并不是道歉或者再次与后厨确认，而是先辩解说这个就是这样的，当顾客明确指出与菜单上不符时，起先说是菜单印错，但是到后来又匆匆忙忙的给更换掉，说确实是搞错了，就有点更让人倒胃口了</p><p>既然是以服务取胜的火锅店，还是希望能把服务做得更到位一些，真正让顾客感受到，你是站在他的立场，在为他着想，这样才会更有号召力</p>
