<p>&nbsp;Shenyang Investigtion team under the National Statistics Bureau announced the survey result about house purchasers' tendency for the first time.</p><p>&nbsp; According to the survey,house price is the primary element for purchasers to buy a house .about 13.6 percent of the respondents expressed their plan to buy a house in three years. in which,76 percent of them placed house price as the first element if they buy a house,while residential envirnment and convenient condition were put into the second and the third.</p>
