For most Chinese, motel  is  still  a   novelty, which  is  known  and  
    known  of  in  TV  series  or movies.  In  short,  it  is  a hotel  for both people and  automobile. Now  local citizen  can have  an  experience  to  it  as  a motel will be built  in  along Pu River in Shenbei Area.  
       With 30 million U.S. dollars  investment,  the motel  covers more  than 20,000  squaremeters  and  includes  30 suites  and  two  villas,  all of which  are two-floor  structure - garage at  the  first floor  and  rooms on  the  second.  "Such hotel  is  common  in western  countries and  is preferred by backpackers. But  it is  still  few  in China. And we  take example of Taiwan, where  the business  is brisk,"  contractor  of  the  hotel Huang Xueliang  said,  referring  the aim  to build the hotel.  
       Huang  said  the hotel  started  construction  this year  and would  finish  and put  into  practice  by  this  yearend.  So the  first  theme hotel  in Northeast China is  expected  to  open  business  in  June, 2013.  the hotel will  create 3,000  jobs, sharing  employment pressure  in Shenbei Area.  
       Different  from  traditional  star-level hotel,  the motel  is designed more private  and  leisure with  services  such  as massage and  spa.  
       And Huang  added most  customers of  the motel would be  couples  seeking entertainment.  
        The  motel  will  be  accessible through varied marketing  tactics  such  as membership, group-buying  and  reservation.
