<p>For the first three quarters this year, the average housing price in 70 Chinese mid- and large-cities had risen by 5.5% over the same period last year, a survey made by National Development and Reform Commission and National Bureau of Statistics of China showed yesterday.</p><p>The housing price keeps a steady increase in Shenyang, up 6.3 percent year-on-year. In which, the average price for new apartments rose 6.5 percent, second homes 6 percent, home rental price 4.1percent. </p> |
