<p>Shenyang BingChuan zoo closed its doors to the public beginning November 1, 2006. As announced previously, the main reason for the closing is due to a large loss at the zoo this year. The reopening time is not known now.</p><p>Shenyang Bingchuan Zoo is the State’s first level forest habitat zoo approved by State Forestry Administration and Ministry of Construction. The zoo located inside Qi Pan Shan Safari Park covers an area of 2.4million square meters.</p><p>According to a person in charge, the zoo administration will make sure the animals are well cared for during the closing time.&nbsp;</p>
