铁西体育场拆掉后做什么？

<p>五里河体育场被炸的消息牵动人心，但是大家没有注意到实际上铁西体育场也已经被拆掉了。举办过无数次赛事的铁西区人民体育场，因为新的体育场异地重建，选址城区西部苗圃附近，临近西二环交通干线的牛心屯地区。 目前旧的铁西体育场已经拆除，该地块将用于商业区建设。</p><p>今天路过，顺手拍了几张图片，也怀念一下。另外谁知道这个项目做什么用了。是房地产还是商业项目？</p>

对面是家乐福、西边是工大，拆掉后未来的万达商住广场，这个位置还是不错。
