<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 总经理是韩树群，出生于烹饪世家，父亲韩玉明是东北四大名厨之一。从厨60年精通京、鲁菜肴的烹制，享有“素菜大师”的美称，对淮汤菜、四川菜、粤菜也有很深的造诣。初出茅庐就在1984年获得沈阳市青年烹饪大赛第一名，1992年获得辽宁省烹饪大赛第三名的成绩。2002年中央电视台“满汉全席”烹饪大奖赛上，凭着自己深厚的功底和精湛的技艺，勇夺令人垂涎的第19期冠军，并如愿以偿地戴上了擂主的金冠。 </p><p>
