2008 Shenyang Int'l Tourism Festival to open on Jul. 20th

&nbsp;Shenyang will hold the 2008 Shenyang International Tourism Festival between July 20th and October 8th 2008. The opening ceremony is scheduled to be held on July 20th, to coincide with the arrival of Beijing Olympic torch in Shenyang on the same day. <br/>Similar to previous festivals, this year's festival will also stage a series of grand float parades and many brilliant performances. This year, however, all the festivities will be related to the Olympic torch relay. After the opening ceremony, various events, including a beer festival, an international gourmet food festival, a trade fair of local tourist goods and a celebration of Mid-autumn Festival, will be held.
