According to a press conference held yesterday in Shenyang, Liaoning provincial Bureau of Public Security will bring forward a series of measures to make it easier for citizens to use 110.</p><p>The bureau promised that all the service stations will answer the emergency calls in both Chinese and English, and will answer the phone calls in multilanguages gradually. The command centers in each city also provide the service of sending messages. People with disabilities, especially the deaf and mute, can send short messages to the command center to give an alarm.</p>
