Housing Price in Shenyang up 7.4% in April

<p>According to National Bureau of Statistics of China, the housing sale price in Shenyang rises by 7.4% in April, 2008, 2.7 percentage point lower than that of the national average level which rises by 10.1% in the same time. And the housing sale price in Shenyang is placed the seventh place among the fifteen sub-provincial level cities.</p><p>In the first four months of this year, the rising of the national housing sale price dropped month by month, from 11.3% in January, 10.9% in February and 10.7% in March to 10.1% in April. The rising of Shenyang housing sale price also dropped, while which is faster than that of national average level. <br/></p>
