The building, 427 meters high, which is claimed to be the tallest building in&nbsp;China's northeast region &nbsp;is expected to be completed in&nbsp;2012.&nbsp; It will be the landmark building&nbsp;in northeast finance center, attracting international financial institutions and multinational companies to move in.<br/><br/><p></p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; LINE-HEIGHT: 150%;"><span lang="EN-US" style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; COLOR: black; LINE-HEIGHT: 150%;">One billion US dollars will be invested to this project .This international finance center will be built as a Complex Commercial Architecture.
