Zhongshan Park, the first shelter for emergency in Shenyang, also the first in Liaoning Province, started yesterday. A total of five functional areas are constructed for the shelter. For each functional area, emergency tents, water supply, power supply and broadcasting system are installed. According to introduction, the shelter has the maximum capacity of 50,000 people. |
