From  Jan  1,  2009,  the  security  living  income  standard  will monthly  rise  from 300  yuan per capita  to 340 yuan per  capita  （from 240 yuan per capita  to 280 yuan per capita  in Kangping, Xinmin,  Faku  and  Liaozhong areas）. The  income  for  people  on  the verge of  the  standard will  increase  to 340 yuan ~ 410  yuan  from 300  yuan ~ 360 yuan  （  from 240 yuan ~ 300 yuan  to 280 yuan ~  350  yuan  in Kangping, Xinmin, Faku  and Liaozhong  areas）. The  information  was  published  yesterday  on  the ten-year  anniversary  forum  for  the  establishment  of  the  security  living  income standard  in  Shenyang  held  by  the Shenyang Bureau of Civil Affairs.
