Shenyang to Sell Olympic Licensed Products Tomorrow

Approved by Beijing Organizing Committee for the Games of the 2008 Olympiad, the northeast's first retail store for Olympic products will be open at New Mark supermarket tomorrow in Shenyang.
Shenyang is the sixth city , after Beijing, Qingdao, Shanghai, Chengdu, Nanjing, to open such pilot licensed store for Olympic products.

The products to be sold in Shenyang will include T-shirts, pens and bags, kites, souvenirs, mainly showcasing the Games emblem, combining the characteristics of Chinese culture.The licensed products aim to promote Olympic ideals and images with the appeal of Chinese culture, helping shape a unique image for the Beijing 2008 brand. All the licensed products were designed and produced according to standards set by the BOCOG and Chinese Olympic Committee, which stipulates clear guidelines for the use of the emblem and other marks of the Games.
